Make Difficult Conversations Easy

Do you want to tell your manager that they need to manage you differently? Or do you have to tell your partner or a team member that they’re frustrating you at times?

But no one really taught us how to have a difficult conversation. Not at home or in school, not even in some corporate training programs. (I’ve been there too)

I’ve got you (and me)!
Here’s a checklist that will help you prepare for difficult conversations and
increase your odds of getting a favorable outcome.

Innovation is built through trust, and trust is built one difficult conversation at a time.

Most of us have adverse mental definitions of conflict, and therefore, we fear the outcome of having a tough conversation.

The goal of this workshop is to reframe the participants’ definitions of conflict and disagreement and give them assertive communication tools.

In this workshop, I discuss 5 best practices for difficult conversations and a step-by-step framework for assertive communication. I use a personal example to demonstrate these best practices.

The healthiest and most constructive way to have a difficult conversation (or any conversation for that matter) is to turn up assertively.

Assertive communication is not a tool many of us have been taught. So, we’re not sure of how to do this right.

In this YouTube training, I collate an ongoing set of short videos where I give you tips and tricks for assertive communication.

You can come back to this training anytime you want to have a conversation assertively AND compassionately.

Transform Work Into Play

No one can balance work and life for us (unfortunately). We have to do it ourselves.

Yes, there are many organizational factors that contribute to work stress, but there are also many controllable factors that we CAN change for ourselves.

In this masterclass, I address the top 3 work-life balance challenges that hundreds of my clients have faced. Changing these factors has empowered my clients to take back their time in and out of work.

One of the most powerful ways to turn work into play is to ensure that work aligns with all of our high-priority values.

But some of us fall into the pitfall of picking values that impress society when we define our values.

These prompts will help you avoid this pitfall as we will mine values by exploring one of your peak experiences.

When work is filled with joyous moments, work naturally becomes play.

This booklet contains a set of free career assessments and journal prompts to explore your ideal career path/s.

The goal of using this booklet is to get clearer on potential career paths that would be most fulfilling to you or to confirm that you’re already on the right path.

I hope these resources were of service to you. Are you ready to take your growth to the next level?
