About Me

I’m Sabrina Sourjah (PCC, MBA), an executive and team coach based in Toronto, Canada. I partner with mid-sized mission-driven organizations and leadership teams to strengthen the human systems that make strategy, technology, and change actually work.

Before coaching full-time, I spent a decade in corporate roles across tech, finance, and global organizations — including Nike Inc., The London Stock Exchange, and The Bank of Montreal — which grounded my understanding of how organizations behave and break under pressure.

I’ve coached leaders and teams from organizations including Amazon, Salesforce, LinkedIn, The World Wildlife Fund, RBC, Accenture, WSIB, The Toronto Public Library, YMCA of Greater Toronto, Canada Life, and PNNL — helping them navigate complexity, ambiguity, and relational tension.

When I’m filling my cup (like I encourage my clients to), I love to read anything I can get my hands on, sing karaoke on YouTube, go on long trail walks, and watch sunsets over lakes and beaches. One of my favorite songs is Broken & Beautiful by Kelly Clarkson 🙂

Why Trust Matters, and Why Strategy Alone Isn’t Enough

Time and again, I’ve seen strategy fail not because it was weak, but because the human system wasn’t aligned to execute it.

Trust, in oneself, in relationships, and in leadership systems, is what allows teams to:

This insight — that trust is infrastructure, not a feel-good value — informs everything I do.

My Approach to Coaching

I blend systems thinking, leadership development, and grounded relational work to help leaders and teams:

I don’t “fix” people. I help leaders make their systems work better.

Where This Work Comes From

I’m deeply shaped by lived experience — from navigating career transitions and identity shifts to understanding how confidence and self-trust show up in performance.

These experiences give me insight into:

This is not just theory — it’s grounded in practice and real outcomes.

Credentials and Professional Foundations

These credentials ensure rigorous coaching standards and ethical collaboration.

What People Notice

Leaders and teams often describe working with me as:

Because I help leaders build capacity — not just comfort.

Why Work With Me

I’m a direct coach. I will tell you what I see — not to provoke, but to create clarity. My feedback is honest, grounded, and delivered with care.

I focus on root causes, not surface behavior. We go beneath patterns to understand what’s actually driving decisions, tension, or hesitation. Insight comes first. Strategy follows.

My work is holistic and systems-aware. As an ICF-certified coach, I hold myself to rigorous ethical standards while tailoring each engagement to your context, goals, and capacity.

I do this work seriously — including on myself. I invest in ongoing supervision, peer coaching, and continuous development because leadership capacity begins with self-awareness.

I don’t believe in pressure or sales tactics. If the work is right for you, you’ll know. And if it’s not, that’s okay too.

Above all, I believe in human potential — not as optimism, but as discipline. When clarity and conviction align, meaningful change becomes possible.

A Reiki practitioner and healer once told me that she experienced me like sunshine! So, I hope you experience me in the same way 🙂

A Note on My Style

My work isn’t about performance theater or surface skills. It’s about:

If you have that kind of work to do — whether individually or organizationally — we can explore what the next step looks like.

“Sabrina asked questions that helped claim my strengths and rethink how I do things. She used many tools, examples, and external material to supplement. As a result of coaching, I am more confident and focused now. I also take time to focus on myself, and I don’t overthink like I used to. I also evaluated my job and decided to quit and take another position elsewhere. Sabrina is an amazing coach, and I really enjoyed our sessions as it truly helped me develop myself for the better.”
